"I contacted member @SS7 back in May to inquire about his retrofit work and he was very quick to respond with answers to all my questions. I'd seen some of his work posted around here and while communicating with him it was obvious he was passionate and dedicated to this work. He was very knowledgeable and up front with pricing. Once I decided to move forward with it, he spent a great deal of time walking me through all the available options, which seemed endless.  After deciding what I wanted, I paid him in full with plans to send my headlight out immediately. Unfortunately, I ended up busy with life (for a few months!) and wasn't able to get it sent out until last week. He often reached out to check in with me, which was quite reassuring since I had already paid him. Him staying in touch meant he wasn't going to run off to Mexico with my money!  He sent me a shipping label and I sent it out. He received my headlight last Wednesday and started working on it immediately. From the start, he was sending me pictures detailing his progress with the build, along with explanations as to why he was doing this or that. I followed along and found it to be very informative. He even went as far as posting an Instagram video showcasing the finished product, along with a video call to show me the light output at night. Very cool, indeed! He had my headlight for a total of about five days, two of which were a weekend and he was still hard at it during that time. So, it was just just over a week that I was without my headlight and that included two days shipping time in both directions.  I was extremely impressed with how it looked in the videos, but seeing it in person was next level. It really is a much more modern and aggressive look and the projector itself is absolutely beautiful. The color temperature of both the headlight and the two halos is a perfectly pure white, although the pictures do make it appear blue. That's just how it looks using the camera on my phone. There's no blue color in person, just that gorgeous pure white.  I'm still working on getting everything installed the way I want, but here's a few pictures for now. I will update this post once I get a chance to go for a night ride, which I'm hoping should happen either tomorrow or Sunday night. Can't wait!"
